Repurposed an old cabinet door (found it at a recycling place for $2).
Painted and then sanded it for a distressed look.

Based on the size of my cabinet door, I went with four 4x4 Wooden panels (got mine at Cheap Joe's Art Stuff). Any 4x4 canvas or wood panel will do - Michael's, Joann's, etc.

Cut patterned paper & letters and decorated each panel.
You can customize it any way you want - paper, paint, embellishments, flowers, buttons, etc.

Cut the Velcro and stuck one side onto the door and then the opposite side of the Velcro on each art panel. For future panels, you'll need to make sure to only use that specific side of the Velcro so it'll stick to your door.

Easy Peasy - just switch out the panels whenever you want a change.

So far I have one for HOME, one for Valentine's Day XOXO, and one for July 4th.

And now one for summer....
